James Bond What he said wasn't sexist, though. It can be a perfectly legitimate personal preference. For instance, I almost never listen to music with female vocalists because I prefer male vocals much more. ASMR-wise, I'm split pretty evenly.
I love how Dr Dmtiri's role-plays just flow naturally (note his body language/mannerisms and the way he says 'just' a lot) and aren't scripted or overly rehearsed

I used to get the strongest ASMR sensations as a kid when I was getting a haircut. Not from scissors, but from the buzzing of the electric razor. Having the razor be moved close in, and then finally to touch me on the neck would send a wave clear down my back.
Mellow is just a satisfying word. The shapes of the letters in conjunction together work rather well. The sound is like a meditative 'Ohm'. I feel like it has a color too, maybe orange or yellow. I feel like a lake with no disturbances or ripples when I think the word 'mellow'. Just spouting thoughts, I don't know...
I clicked on the video because the title intrigued me and I needed something to listen to while I work on homework. After the bus visual, I think I've found a solution to a minor relationship struggle I've been dealing with for many months now. Thank you, Dr. Dmitri.
Although I love Dmitri, this video makes me incredibly anxious. There was a period in my life where I simply could not sleep without prescription tablets. The thought of someone refusing me a prescription to get desperately needed sleep is upsetting.

For a start. Rx: Go for physical. Pay close attention. Little things like when to be gloved and when to toss them. I'm sure there's a real MD in this audience who would love to give you correct details of checking cranial nerve function and general physical. I'm not dissing at all. I've been a follower for years. Just trying to make yourself be more believable to the part of your audience who know the difference, and more so to everyone. And I get stuck on the first thing when you walk in wrinkled. Wouldn't happen that way. Thanks - I love what you do, and your passion for it. Role playing either works, or the bubble gets popped by something not quite right. Peace.

at the start of the video I just kept answering Dr. Dmitri's questions in my mind like "yeah I'm really achy all the time every muscle in my body is screaming for help and I wish to commit seppuku... yeah I haven't been able to sleep in a long time soooo.... some help for that sounds great and preferably the eternal sleep so euthanasia sounds like the best option right" and it kinda sounded both serious and sarcastic at the same time
I really did have a separation with a beloved one a few months back, and I still am somewhat bothered by it today. I was truly amazed and shocked when that part was mentioned in this video about the subject similar to my issues, it's as if the video read my mind. What are the chances? It's probably natural and common, but very well done~ it really lift a weight off of me by helping me think of more positive things. Thank you for making these amazing relaxing videos, it makes me glad to have subscribed to you.
Frankly, I wish real-life doctors would talk to me with that much patience and compassion. These ASMR doctor exam videos should be mandatory viewing in med school!
Quality advice in this video. I know those negative thought cycles all too well. My therapist gave me similar advice about overcoming them. It works, in time.
Love this video, it's actually something I've been going through recently. I've been on an intensive course and I've found it difficult to shut down and sleep due to a busy mind and heightened stress and anxiety. I tried some natural remedies, but ASMR always helps :-) Thank you Dimitri!
3 methods to help with ads Method 1 1. Get AdBlock Method 2 1. Mute the video before it starts (or mute your master volume) 2. If there are no ads, put it back to desired volume. 3. If there are ads, wait until the ad is over then put back to desired volume. 4. Just to be safe, check if there are any yellow marks on the duration bar. If there are any, that means you're going to get ads in the middle of the video. The only solution for this is: Method 3 1. Download the video! You can watch it without wifi and without ads! Pretty cool, huh? (By the way, if you got the "Pretty cool, huh?" reference, then you're awesome!)
Whenever you upload any role play, I can't help but chuckle a little bit. I don't know what it is, but just the way you deliver and how you do certain things makes me realize how weird it must feel to make an asmr role play. But hey, I love them, keep them comin.
Actually very nice advice in this video, also great asmr for right before bed! One thing though... I can't live without my precious tablets. GIVE MEH TEH TABLATS!!!
Am I the only one who experiences stronger triggers if I go along with what Dmitri is doing in the video? I.e, breathing on his cue, opening mouth for examination, etc.

As someone whose life was partially saved by medication, consult a professional if you have the opportunity. The goal of most therapeutic approaches is to utilize antidepressants/sleeping aids in order to stabilize the patient so he can actively pursue his path towards betterment. It does not matter how much you want to reorganize your life if you sleep three hours a night. Chances are you're going to ruin yourself.

I actually preferred that crinkling sound. Different people enjoy or get annoyed by certain background sounds, so there's a variety of artists who tailor their sounds in different directions. I also love the sound of pop rocks in the mouth.
