Creative printers of London tends to have sales around Black friday and then their laser equipped machine is very competitive compared to this one. But the best imho seems to be Metallic Elephant, they have like all the features I could dream of.

Do you think some grease may solve the rebound issue?

That problem was solved by turning the knob all the way up (it seems to reset the mechanism inside).

Hi! The letter you use are from Dream Factory Too? Because I want to buy the letter from other company but I want to know if they work with other brands. Any suggestion?

Hi, you can use any 3rd party letter types, as long as they fit in their type holders. Mine is also from other maker..

@@JoseFernandez-wr5ob Just make sure the letters are as thick as Dream Factory ones, I saw some companies intentionally produce holders that require like 25mm thick letters, which seems excessive.

@@marvinsedesco8508 Not from Dream Factory, as they were not selling the types when I purchased mine......you can check with them regarding the size though...they are quite responsive..
