@@aracellaramos2031 I understand, but it requires the toughest of minds to keep a strict eating and workout schedule like that. Not saying asmbro isn’t mentally tough, clearly he is, but it’s hard to keep up a schedule like that for a long time without giving in. That much grease is also just bad for your heart and body, no matter how much you workout. Only saying this because, even though he may be fine now, I don’t want him to spiral down a path of food addiction and weight gain.

@@CustardCream33 Or he balances it out with a healthy exercise routine? He's one of the few mukbangers I know of that doesn't gain weight. If you balance your diet and exercise with the mukbangs, I imagine it's possible to achieve this dude's level of awesomeness
