Who says you can't enjoy a big breakfast as a vegan?! ;)
Here's everything that I am eating and drinking in today's video:
~Pane di Casa toast with vegan butter
~Fresh avocado
~Grilled tomato
~Button mushrooms, pan fried with garlic and vegan butter
~Sauteed baby spinach
~Hash brown
~Vegan sausage (Aldi Australia brand) with BBQ sauce
~Tofu scramble (crumbled firm tofu mixed with turmeric, black salt, garlic powder, pepper and a little soy milk - heated through in a pan)
~Tofu 'bacon' (not really a vegan bacon substitute, just a spicy tofu that I cut up into strips and fried)
~Baked beans
~Breakfast juice (orange, pear, banana, mango and passionfruit)
~Coffee (with soy milk)
