ASMR Eating Sounds: Vegan Big Breakfast (No Talking)

Who says you can't enjoy a big breakfast as a vegan?! ;)
Here's everything that I am eating and drinking in today's video:
~Pane di Casa toast with vegan butter
~Fresh avocado
~Grilled tomato
~Button mushrooms, pan fried with garlic and vegan butter
~Sauteed baby spinach
~Hash brown
~Vegan sausage (Aldi Australia brand) with BBQ sauce
~Tofu scramble (crumbled firm tofu mixed with turmeric, black salt, garlic powder, pepper and a little soy milk - heated through in a pan)
~Tofu 'bacon' (not really a vegan bacon substitute, just a spicy tofu that I cut up into strips and fried)
~Baked beans
~Breakfast juice (orange, pear, banana, mango and passionfruit)
~Coffee (with soy milk)

This looks so delicious! I am in a transition period at the moment - as I'm still on a very restricted diet at the moment - between being strict vegetarian to going fully vegan, which I intend to do once I finish my diet treatment, I've lost 38kg in 4.5 months, so I want to have a vegan diet/lifestyle choice after to keep my health and weight maintained well.

Question: What do you usually eat on a daily basis or what you eat after you make asmr videos?? Aw, thank you! My regular diet consists of lots of beans, lentils, rice, potatoes, oats and then whatever fruits and veggies I want to go with them. E.g. a healthy lentil and bean chilli for dinner or a veggie and bean packed curry. This plate was a lot of food (just a treat - I don't eat stuff like this all the time) and was pretty much all I ate for the day. I did have a small dinner later on, but I wasn't very hungry at all. 💕💕💕

Oh! And I make sure to space out the filming of my video so that I'm not having to eat junk food every day/too close together. I wasn't able to do that when I did daily videos in May and I ended up gaining 2 kilos, hehe! For example, yesterday's pancake video was filmed over a week ago, this video was filmed two day's ago and tomorrow's video was filmed three week's ago. xx
