Today I'm enjoying the Aussie classic (my absolute favourite): Vegemite!
Now, if you don't know what Vegemite is, basically, it's a very salty, savoury paste that is made from yeast. I know, I know. Sounds gross, right? Well, to some people it is - haha! But to me, and many many thousands of Australians, it is a staple part of our pantry and diet, lol!
Personally, I need to eat Vegemite with something creamy. Usually that's a generous serve of vegan butter (as I have in this video), but sometimes I'll pair it with smashed avocado. I have also been known to enjoy it with sliced banana. (Okay, you can unsubscribe now...😜)
In this video, I am also drinking a rooibos tea with some sugar and soy milk.
