As a native spanish speaker, I'm absolutely enchanted by how concrete your pronunciation is and how amazing you're handling, besides the fact that there's no accent getting in between. I would totally believe you've known Spanish you're whole life. You're rocking it. Keep going queen, lo haces excelente.
it is so cool that you've learned enough that you're able to do a whole video in Spanish, mistakes or not, it's not a short video either. shout out to you!
Siempre me ayuda a dormir. Me relaja mucho tu acento. Muchas felicidades, lo hablas excelente! Espero puedas hacer otro video pronto hablando solo español❤
As a native spanish speaker I can tell you've made a lot of progress since the other videos where you talked a little in spanish! So proud of you! Also, my tip for learning lenguages is watching tv shows or movies in that lenguage with subtitles. It helps a lot with pronunciation and for learning sentences, vocabulary and even slang! I find it really helpful for learning and you also enjoy what you watch! I hope this helps!✨
Thank you so much! I've tried watching quite a few spanish shows, including telenovelas haha. I haven't found anything I loved yet but it's great for practice! Also watching ASMR in spanish is great :)
@@SarahLavenderASMR Gotcha hahahaha i really enjoyed Desenfrenadas, Control Z and Sky Rojo, if you wanna check them out. They are not super long and they are pretty great (Sky Rojo is kinda hardcore tho). But I'm sure you'll find something to watch!
And studying just before going to sleep is more effective, and watching screen at most with dark/ red(ish) light (if you download an app for it) helps in really falling asleep after watching screen.
Im watching this right now to learn Spanish! It really works :)) and I’m a native Dutch speaker who lives in the Netherlands, so no prior Spanish knowledge at all and no one I know speaks it. But I can tell I’ve learned a lot over the last view months 🤍
Yay! Sara Lavanda en Español. I love it! Your Spanish is so good. I used to feel so insecure when speaking English (I still do, a little). I did not want to look dumb. There are certain words that I just can’t pronunciate correctly. The best tip I can give you came from a teacher when I took an English pronunciation class at the community college: “Don’t worry so much about the mistakes you make, do not let that stop you from speaking, and from being yourself. English will always be your second language and everyone who hears you speak will know that. Most people will not judge you negatively, quite the oposite. People will admire the fact that you can speak another language.” The video itself is so relaxing and felt many tingles. Specially with words with the letter T and C. And the tapping of course 😊
Thank you Bertha!! 🥺💕 it's super hard to not feel insecure, but like your teacher said, I try to remind myself that having an accent and making mistakes just indicates you can speak two languages, which is amazing!! it's how I try to think of it :) plus i love how accents sound, they usually give me real life ASMR haha
I would love more videos in Spanish :) I'm learning the language as well, and this was such a fun and relaxing way to get more exposure to it. I'm a bit below your level so this was perfect - I could understand you well but I also picked up some new phrases and vocab.
Spray = rociar Trigger = gatillo (but you can translate it like = truco o disparadores cause they activate the de ASMR! Your Spanish is very, very good. A book that you can read is "El niño que enloqueció de amor" about 80 pages and super simple and easy. Hope you loved too! Love from Chile 🇨🇱
i’m taking a spanish class currently and i really enjoyed watching this video! it helped me learn and hear what i’ve been learning in different context! and i think your accent is really pretty! i’m not a native speaker so i cannot confirm it’s correct but it sounds good to me and it’s very fitting to your voice either way!
here’s my rendition of what i just said in spanish: Estoy en una clase de español en este momento. Me gusta mucha!
@@SarahLavenderASMR thank you! and no matter what actually speaking for the video is progress and helps u get feedback even if it’s not perfect! so it’s kind of a win-win :)
Native speaker here too and just wanted to say that you’re doing amaaaazing, Sara! Your pronunciation is great and your grammar is virtually perfect. Super excited you made this video! 💜
I congratulate you on your Spanish 😌 this is amazing and overall you pronounced almost everything perfectly. Even when it came to rolling your r’s or using ñ. You even have a subtle Mexican accent coming along
Me encanta tu acento Sarah !
ASMR is a universal language. Even though I could only guess at what Sarah was saying, her ASMR triggers came across loud and clear. Well done! Gracias💜
I love watching ASMR in other languages because i love how they sound. Like Spanish sounds so cool and French too. I also like Korean ASMR and stuff but yeah
I am SO EXCITED about this video. I was very much looking forward to a video in Spanish and this was just amazing! So tingly, so relaxing... and your Spanish skills are remarkable!!! I am truly impressed
LOVE Babbel! That is where I’m continuing to practice Spanish. (I have had 3 years of it between hs and college but it’s been 5 years since my last class so I’m trying to perfect it and learn more!
As a first in Spanish this was absolutely fantastic! Excellent pronunciation of the words, excellent choice of words, patience while speaking & best of all... smiling & laughing throughout it all. Expecting more videos in Spanish. 🍻
I'm from Spain and I have to say that your Spanish is so good! Your voice in Spanish is so beautiful, I hope to listen to you talking in Spanish more often. 😍😍
Hearing you speak Spanish was actually quite lovely! I don’t know what it is but hearing you speak it slowly is quite satisfying maybe because it’s easier to keep up with unlike some native speakers who speak so fast for me to understand sometimes 😭
I mexican from Mexico City too, and i'm learning english, I understand you perfectly it´s hard to speak, but it's just practice, I watch your videos to practice and understand. I love this video, more videos in spanish please.
Thank you so much for the video. I want to be able to share ASMR to my parents because it has helped me so much. I tried it before but then I found you and it worked for me! You have helped me sleep and calm down. Love your videos, thank you for sharing your gift. Your smile is so genuine. I’ve never met you but I feel familiarity 🖤
thank you for this video sarah. as a bilingual speaker i was astonished by how great your spanish is. i think this definitely will turn in to my go to asmr video to sleep to.
Love this video! I just saw it has been (a little over) a year since you posted, and I’m hoping you’ll be able to do another Spanish video soon! I am learning Spanish too and would love to hear how much you’ve progressed!! Wat ging this video with subtitles has helped me a lot :)
Woww, your accent is grest!!! Honestly at the start I thought you had known spanish all your life. Obviusly your knowledge of the language is to be improved a lot... but... THE ACCENT is WOW
You did it really well. I am from Spain, and I have to tell that I like hearing you in English and in Spanish, your voice is so sweet. I learn English from you and enjoy the video when you do it en English. Keep going!
I just found your channel today and I've been watching your videos, absolutely love your voice and how good you are at ASMR and now learning more about you in spanish, I'm from South America, Argentina and you speak very good for someone that's learning. And I can tell you were nervous and it takes a lot of courage to make a video like this, very good :) Really looking forward to the next video like this and to see how much you improved 😊
I would love having another video anytime soon! It was super relaxing and when you said one more year I freaked out hahah hope you're having a great day!
You're learning beautifully! I promise that you speak spanish better than many of my native speaking friends who've let themselves forget. Ahhh I'm so excited for your language learning journey 🥰
I’m no expert and am certainly nowhere near fluent in Spanish, but I’m certainly impressed by your progress…you should be very proud. The video was extremely well done…it flowed so smoothly and you came across as very knowledgeable. You’re a very talented content creator…keep being great!
Omg you made a whole Spanish video!! 😻 I don't speak Spanish but have always found your Spanish whispers so relaxing 💕 thanks for your amazing content!!
I love this video so much! I am in a similar situation where my partner's family is all from Mexico. Learning spanish is so so difficult but I try to expose myself in every way I can so that I can communicate with them better when we visit. Your videos inspire me that with practice I will keep getting better!!
Me encantaaaaa! You did it amazing!! You go girl! Thanks for making this video🤩
I can agree babbel is a great language learning app. Way better than duolingo I would add. The bird app used to be great, now with all the stuff they’ve taken away to make freemium, it’s great at making you think you are learning a language. And I recently stopped an 83 day streak (not much I know) and dropped out of emerald league because I felt I wasn’t learning anything. With Babbel I feel like I’m learning things and I actively recall more of my target language (spanish) even with my dyslexia getting in the way of my learning. A key difference is in babbel you practice your mistakes, in duo you pay for your mistakes.
Great job Sarah! I didn’t understand everything, but I did take Spanish in high school. From what I could understand, everything sounds amazing! Your accent is far better than that which I could ever do! Thanks again for the relaxing video! 😌
