Just what I needed at the end of a very warm day, thanks for the relaxation Lizi. Loved the closeup personal attention and I really liked the part with the towel, the fabric sounds sounded great. The gloves also gave some very nice sounds, that was very tingly and nice to listen to. The face brushing was another great part I liked since I'm a huge fan of brushing and find them incredibly relaxing. This video contained so many nice sounds and triggers, like the no gloves hand sounds or the nail scratching. Just a very well done 10/10 video, thanks for the tingles and a good night's rest 👍👍

Hey Lizi, another amazing video as always 😁 have you ever considered doing a guided meditation? One thing that helps me to sleep is to tense each muscle from my toes to my head. You tense the muscles for a couple of seconds as hard as you can and then release the tension. It's also taught as a relaxation method in therapy. Just thought it might be cool video suggestion.
