In today's #ASMR session, I take you through a variety of visual eye exam-styled tests to check the performance of your vision. This video primarily includes fast flashing lights and eye charts. THANK YOU for asking for consent throughout so beautifully! One of my favorite things in procedural ASMR videos is how they demonstrate good ways to treat patients and you do it REALLY well. It feels so safe and comfortable. Side note I also love the wipe transitions, they feel really natural like blinking, I'd never seen such natural-feeling transitions in an ASMR video before! I have horrible insomnia too, although mine is made worse be physical illness, I can’t recommend talking to your doctor about it enough. I know people look at medication a certain way, but I assure you suffering isn’t noble. Do anything you can to make your life easier. Health care isn’t cheap, but if you can, please take care of yourself. Sorry for the long reply. I know it isn’t really my place, but I just want you to know, it’s okay to seek help. Sorry English is not my mother tongue.

Your asmr is probably some of my favorite. Normally I hate light triggers because then cause me to have headaches which turn into migraines Alot of the time, and I still can’t follow the light for long but it’s sooo tingly when I can follow it without a headache

hello! I have a question.. i saw in the description it says that headphones are not recommended, how so? Isnt asmr supposed to be more effective with headphones? also i love your voice is so soooo comforting :) edit: THE PART WHERE YOU SAY CLOSE YOUR EYES AND THEN YOU SAY OPEN THEM AND WE HAVE TO FIND THE LIGHT IS SO UNIQUE AND TINGLY OMG

It's only a personal suggestion but I find it's easier to find a comfortable position and get easier rest with no headphones in. They can still definitely be watched with headphones though.

It's 12AM and normally I stay up till around 4AM but I can't keep torturing myself like that so I decided to try and sleep at least a little earlier so I got my fan in case over heat and my squishmellow pug stuffie to snuggle. Hoping I can fall asleep without my insomnia being an issue!
