I’m an ASL interpreter and often in my dreams I’ll use sign language, even with people in my life that don’t know a single sign! It’s so strange to wake up and remember a conversation I had with my dad for example and being like, “oh no that was a dream, obviously he doesn’t know ASL”.
i’m taking asl as my language for school and i also have dreams of using sign language!! i’m pretty sure half the signs i’m signing in my dreams aren’t even real as i’m not that fluent 😅😂 i also find myself randomly signing items outside of my asl class too! whenever it gets quiet my brain thinks i’m in class and decides to switch from english to asl 😆😂
“You can’t train yourself to sleep less.” This just absolutely punched me in the gut because for the past week I’ve been upset because I get like 8 hours of sleep every night consistently, and I’m still exhausted all the time, so I wanted to train myself to not need any more sleep in order to function😭
Hey I have dysautonomia and this sounds a whole whole lot like me. Not saying it is dysautonomia, but it's abnormal to have chronic fatigue! There's a reason for it and there's ways to manage :)
I woke up at 3am and it's now 5am and I still can't sleep but this did at least make me a little sleepy. Btw can we appreciate how gorgeous this lady is.
Legit love this channel cuz its sometimes hard to find an asmrtist that whispers in every video. I appreciate that you can just talk about /anything/ and use such a perfect mic along with it. I fall asleep go these vids so easily 🙏🏾💕
On the note of people having black and white dreams due to influence of early tvs. I tend to have a lot of dreams that are in third person or are clearly a game in style, though sometimes I can really feel it even if in third person. Sometimes I just dream up interesting environments. I play games and work on them to so probably how it's shaped mine.
I remember this dream that felt too real where I was in a hotel in Vermont (dunno why its specifically there) in the middle of a city when a zombie outbreak happened, I was looking though a window watching the carnage happen, fires, people running, and walkers all to see. And then something bursted through my hotel room door and I had a wooden plank but before I could use it I was just jumped and I woke up with heavy anxiety cause I couldn't tell what was real or not.
Im taking beginner german classes in college and somehow i remember that in a dream i had the other day i was speaking it fluently with someone that didnt even speak german either
I wonder whether the age bracket/generations who were most likely to sleep in certain positions had something to do with how their parents were told to put us down to sleep as babies. It has changed a few times between a baby on its back, on its front, turning them throughout sleep, etc. and each generation seems to have a different position like on their front, side, and back.
I've heard of that one fact before, about people being unable to dream about people they have never seen before. But this isn't true for me, I dream of people I don't know almost every night. I rarely dream of people I know, actually. It's strange, evidently.
masha allah, you have a cool accent but i see from your instagram you are a american and not british. so im confused wether you are american or british
