@@sunfx00 You wont! I binge like, 3-4x a week eating 2-3k calories but i overexercise to make up for it lol. To gain, you'd have to eat 3500 calories over your tdee (look it up, fill out your height and weight). The important part is getting back on track the next day, thats why ppl who do the 10k calorie challenge dont gain actual weight :)
