Squeezing and stroking the pillow feels ‘natural’ and created gentle harmonic sounds. The rapid tapping the pillow is however relatively loud and in my opinion relatively less ‘natural’. So I would reduce the tapping. And add some more words on relaxation, breathing, …. Your voice is however perfect and works for me to get sleepy and get asmr tingles.
