Hi guys! ✨ This video has nearly 1 hour of classic ASMR triggers like tapping, follow my instructions, hand movements, ear to ear whispering, water sounds, mouth sounds, ear attention, face touching, and of course, a ton of rambling haha.
Hope you guys like this darker, more creative lighting. :) Thank you Greg for this sunset lamp off my Throne Wishlist!!
P.S. I know it's not 1 hr exactly but 58.5 minutes is close enough. 😂

Love the low light! That way I can actually watch while falling asleep instead of only listening. I find it difficult to watch asmr videos when they’re too bright and I’m in my dark room.

Another good trick I've found is to turn the brightness all the way down on your phone if that's what you watch on.

try going to settings -> accessibility -> display & text size -> and then turn on reduced white point, and you can move the slider to a higher number :). much easier on the eyes.

I had not given asmr videos a real chance when my baby sister told me about it but then I found you randomly when I was looking and practicing tapping techniques to follow with positive affirmations. Those have been a parking while I’m at work but this was very soothing to me. Thank you for your love. You made a difference in how I felt And that is never forgotten.

Sarah is so calming and I can actually sleep because of her she is kind for doing this for us not a lot of people have the time to do this and some people are just to lazy to do this but I will be up all night if I don’t have her asmr on I have anxiety and her anxiety vids I watch when I am anxious and they help so much so everybody that is watching should appreciate her for doing this for us

You truly are one of the best out there. I just love everything about your ASMR because you’re so aware of everything. The finger tracing on 38:10 is such a simple trigger but it somehow scratches something in my brain. i usually just listen to asmr for the relaxation aspect and the like comfort and friendly vibe a lot of them have, but i very rarely get tingles. The plastic lid tapping at around 13:00 has officially made it onto my ever growing list of tingle triggers, thank you!

I’m a railroader who works odd hours. I use these ASMR videos to help me fall asleep or help me unwind after getting off the train. I have gotten other railroaders to try ASMR.

if i recall correctly, all citrus come from 3 different mother plants that have been crossbred to get a lot of the stuff we know today! The pomelo, the citron and the madarin. So i think like the classic lemon is a cross between citron and madarin but im not sure, but i think all citrus are from those 3 in different combos and stuff!

I'm 16, and a dude. Idk if it's weird that a guy is watching this? Just because her channel had a lot of makeup stuff and stuff for women... i just felt called to say that Sarah Lavender is the only person who can calm me and help me fall asleep when I'm having anxiety attacks and dealing with suicidal thoughts. Sarah, you have literally saved my life. I'm still dealing with this depression and anxiety. Haven't had the best parents in my life, so (not in a weird way) Mrs. Lavender has been kind of like a mother figure to me? Thank you so much Mrs. Lavender...

everyone have their own way to deal with stuff, it’s not weird. For me, I definitely feel more comfortable with girl’s asmr. Life is certainly not easy but remember, there are more people who have it harder than you so keep going. Always rainbow after storm.
