Hey everyone!!
In this ASMR video, I take you through a fast, unpredictable, and chaotic trigger and focus test assortment for your ADHD. I made a couple videos like these on my tiktok, and I really enjoyed it so I thought i’d bring it over here on RU-vid! I know its pretty different from usual, but I like messin around with other ideas so I hope you all enjoy :)

This is probably the onLy ADHD asmr video that I didnt feel was shoved down my throat. The constant reassurance kept the dopamine flowing and I deeply enjoyed that aspect. Thank you for being so considerate in making this video shorter than your usual content.

I’ve had insomnia for the past two months and I thought coming home from college would help but it didn’t. This video intrigued my adhd and helped me relax because it’s a sort of controlled environment in a way (I suck at wording my thoughts lol). Hopefully i can fall asleep soon and stay asleep. I've found that asmr for adhd is better for me when I'm anxious than asmr for anxiety. The affirmations remind me of what I'm worrying about and I can't block it out because of how slow it is. Adhd asmr distracts me from my worries and makes me relaxed on top of it. I just wanna know if anyone else experiences this

This was great! I have brain damage from Long COVID and the symptoms often mimic severe ADHD, lately ASMR has been really hard to pay attention and get tingles to. I’ve never encountered your videos before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m very glad I watched! The video wasn’t chaotic so much as controlled and fast paced. Often asmrtists doing this type of video will get too frantic for me and it raises my heart rate rather than lowers it, but you stayed so calm and controlled throughout my brain just focused in on what you said instead and let my body relax. Thank you! It’s been so long since I properly got tingles so this is an absolute treat!

I dont have ADHD, but during the therapy of my own diseases and pills i need to take, lowering my concentration, so i thought ''Give it a try''. Your voice is so soothing and calm, and before i noticed, i followed your tests and made nearby all - im feeling relaxed and happy, to hold the concentration for 13:15 minutes. I know everybody's praising your looks (they're not wrong you're that typa prince looking kid) but what i noticed more is the gentleness in your whispering and triggers even for such a fast paced and kinda aggressive asmr (the asmr usually directed towards adhd people) like even if you try the aggressive triggers or fast triggers you're still gentle while doing that's such a rare quality for asmrists i really appreciate it, plz do a binaural whisper to soft spoken to unintelligible asmr somehow switching between the tones relaxes me
