It's nearly 2 AM in India, and I am not getting proper sleep due to anxiety and anger issues. I'm a regular asmr audience, but tonight I workout on ur regime and behold - I'm feeling extremely relaxed and peaceful.. I'm normally very insecure and easily irritated by small things.. But, ur asmr, over a period of time has helped me to.improve myself into a proper more forgiving and tolerant human.. the videos where you are instructing us to inhale and exhale actually have a measurable effect on me. i work with research and development on computer programs and when i get really frustrated and start verbalizing (yelling at my computer and stuff like that) i make a point to search out one of these videos and the instruction to breathe deeply paired with your soothing voice actually calms me down. i really appreciate the work you do and ill continue to use it to calm down! thanks!!
