I found the trick to getting tingles... I never get them but I've been watching asmr for like a year multiple times a week. So, this might work for you: watch asmr videos that relax you constantly. Then take a break for a few days or a few weeks. Then listen some more. Somehow I trained my brain to get tingles, lol. After a lot of practice (listening) and taking breaks, I now get the feeling a little bit. I think over time I'll probably feel the way all these people do.

The time stamps are technically wrong but also correct if you were to ignore the beginning with the audible commentary. She must have done that after she made the time stamps or just forgot to fix them. Tingles start at 3:25 :)

Seeing the silicone potholder reminds me of many kitchen ware. Could you try making a video with only items found on the kitchen, or a bathroom, bedroom or other parts of a house? For example in a kitchen you have glasses, forks, knives, cereal boxes and much more.

i actually get tingles without headphones! for about a year i listened to asmr with headphones just for relaxation. then i tried it without and found out that’s the only way i get tingles :) it’s weird though, i get more relaxed when I’m wearing headphones but only get tingles when the sound is playing through my phone speakers
