It is so hard, I am going through the exact same thing. I prayed to meet someone and so did they, we met each other. She brought me closer to god, I began to read the Bible and do so daily. I love her so much and think she is coming back. I am scared to trust God because I know whatever he has in store is better than what I could ever imagine, but I am scared because I want her and what if his plans are not with her.
Everything happens for a reason. You must keep moving forward, and you just gotta let it go. This is a blessing in disguise, not a curse nor a punishment. God is doing this to protect you from something. Whenever you’re going through that dark day, always remember that you’re NEVER out of the fight.
Heartbreak can be difficult, but Christ is always there for us. We can cry to him as a father, and know he knows our hearts. I just ended a 3.5 year relationship, and experienced these same things. Know that you’re never alone if you are in Christ!
This is an interesting time to post a video for a "broken heart" as my Mamaw (Grandmother) passed away Sunday morning. Just trying to keep going and keep my faith in God. girl. i’m literally going through the exact same thing. it’s been 7 months and i feel like i finally have been able to start moving on but it’s hard. we dated for 2 and a half years and he moved on so quick and is completely indifferent towards me now. he was my first boyfriend and my first kiss and because of that he will always be special to me but he wishes that we had never dated. i know i loved him and i thought he loved me but he wouldn’t even admit that what we had was special and that’s the hardest thing for me right now.
For me it took 2 years to get over a crush i had on someone until i found someone else. the current crush was way better but still there was some hurt. but when i confess my feelings to them and family and friends it made me handle my feelings for the current crush better, its weird how it shifted. i still think of them but not as much now. Doing fun activity's like playing fun video games, listening to good music or studying for my degree helps me focus on other things. You remind me of myself when I was younger. I used to throw my all into relationships, and it terrified me when things started to go downhill or wouldn’t work out, and hurt deeply when things ended. After a while, I was done with the failed relationships that went nowhere, and decided to pray for a girl that was beautiful, had a strong faith, I could bring around my family, and made me a better man.(this was in high school). Finally this girl came along and I was pursuing so hard, but it wasn’t working. After so much failure I decided I was going to focus on my relationship with God, and committed to that path because I felt that’s what God wanted from me. I’m not even joking, 1 week later, the roadblocks with that girl all went away in one instant and we ended up taking our friendship to more than friends. We’ve now been together 6 years and are getting married! God answered my prayer, but taught me a lesson how I needed to focus on him, that this person wasn’t going to fill me completely, and not going to be above Him. Sorry for long story, but just wanted to give you some hope!
Aw heartbreak is awful but life does go on and it does make you stronger and wiser, relationships should get healthier as you move on, if they don’t then it’s not a relationship for you, that’s my take on it anyways, obviously everyone deals with this differently. Love your videos btw ❤

I am having trouble falling asleep lately so I looked up Christian ASMR videos and found your wonderful channel! This video means a lot to me as I have been getting over a breakup that was about a year ago now that left me in a dark place. Thank god for it though because it drew me back to Jesus. All things are used as part of his plan. (My ex also has a new gf and it’s been upsetting sometimes) It’s so nice to see likeminded people on RU-vid that seem to be around my age (I’m 23). With all this being said I still rlly miss her so im going to make the mistake by texting her One of my notes i wrote down while i was braking down I know you’ll never feel the same but loving u feels real idk how to explain it but I don’t love you so that you’ll love me back loving u makes me happy and when i don’t it becomes painful and I cant lie u not loving me back is a bit painful but id be in more pain if u weren’t in my life I know that there maybe someone out there that may love me but tbh my heart chose u let me break my own heart with my own hands so that in time i can realize that u don’t feel the same so i can move on and find the right person.

Amen, Dorothy. I hope you do find happiness in this season of testing. I wish I could promise you that your ex would eventually see things as you do. But, I believe he withholds things we desperately desire for a purpose. For example, not everyone is even aware how resentment and withholding grace can keep them from joy. The fact that you ran to Jesus, and not something else when things sucked, says a lot about your character. I hope you find happiness, Dorothy. I'm glad you're here.
I may not know anyone here but if u are struggling with a heart break .or anything u must first heal and that journey can be so long .this generation doesn’t heal they wanna find love once again after they been hurt but no it’s not how it works u must heal and learn and evolve into something greater then before so u never get hurt again not be cold hearted .but to be full of love, a pure heart in this beautiful cruel world .u must find your self and become better for those around u and the lord and savior and ur self .then that’s when u attract positive things and positive people n things come to u .seek god and find your true self and u shall find happiness and peace in the darkness.
that's great that you take time to heal before getting into a new relationship hope you're making good progress! it seems like it takes me a couple of years to get over heartbreak even with something not too long like 6 months idk why I always feel like "oh no this was my last chance at love that might never happen again" but then it happens again
no need to rush it. idk how old you are but if you're still in high school it's probably better to not even bother with super serious dating. There's a lot of good people but there's also a lot of people that pretend to be good. Being able to tell the difference is a very underrated skill that takes time to develop in my opinion. If I could redo it (I'm 29) I would have just focused on making solid trustworthy and dependable friends, understanding God better, and getting prepared for adulthood instead of trying to get a girlfriend and partying. also don't give your heart to people too quickly and be as honest as you can with yourself when looking at a potential partner. my high school sweetheart absolutely destroyed me with cheating and stuff and looking back on it I should've never committed to her in the first place.there were lots of signs that she wouldn't be a good partner but I just ignored them because she was pretty and fun to be around 🤷🏼♂️ I'm not a master at relationships by any means and I'm a dude so idk what the female experience is like but I hope everything goes well for you!
