Btw she eats the cucumbers to offset the spice/heat of her sauce she dips the food in. It’s so she can eat more. So if she didn’t eat cucumbers she wouldn’t be able to eat as much anyway.

It did look a bit see through on some parts ... never seen it like that while "cooked" . Not hate just saying.. She made It look good regardless !☺

I didn't think it was fully cooked either, I don't think any of it was raw or inedible or anything but it did seem like it was too chewy and stringy and should have gone a bit longer, but she still made it look and sound amazing and she liked it so it's fine.
