i find it really hard to talk to my friends about things im going through so having videos like these to both pretend like im actually talking about whats going on in my head with my best friends while also having a good time is really comforting. i’ve had a bad day but i dont wanna talk about it with them because i feel obligated to be the funny friend who is never sad, but its kind of exhausting sometimes. thank you for this video. i’ve used it a few times in the past but idk today it just feels different in a way. im just terrible today 😅

I deal with a lot of physical and mental health issues (MDD, PCOS, etc) so I watch this anytime I'm feeling icky and it always makes me feel alot better - especially because I usually end up not eating and getting alot of food-shame whenever I'm upset and overstimulated which can last all day - just the overall positivity makes me feel so safe and cheers me up 💕💕💕💕

I just came back from my doctor's appointment and feel like my eating disorder is killing me. I've never been so heavy in my life. My knees are in so much pain and because of my thyroid disease.
