Sophie, I was so surprised and impressed by your mention of providing clean needles for drug use. My city is currently fighting to provide safe injection sites for people struggling with addiction and it’s so important for harm reduction. I love your dr roleplays. Maybe a ear cleaning/check up in the near future...? Also liked how you discussed harm reduction, with the steroids. It is so important not to shame people but have resources for them, for whatever unhealthy coping they may have, so thank you for that!!

I swear on the Styx that I am not lying. I have been awake for around 45 hours. Maybe two days, I lost track. Sleep deprivation. I feel so tired. But I feel okay at the same time. This helps. This really does help.
