Oh, my love, as a 54 year old woman I can assure you that a) you look beautiful all the time and that b) no matter how many times you hear that, our minds can play tricks on us at the most unexpected times to play on our fears, make us believe we aren’t good enough, etc. and guess what - it’s completely normal.
