What i love about SAS is that she always looks happy and excited to eat her foods. She sometimes does some cute dances, even tho we can only see her mouth, we can tell how are her expressions in every bite. That's not japanese hot sauce! That's a KOREAN sauce called CHOJANG! (Cho means vinegar and Jang means red pepper paste) It's a kind of deep-ping sauce mixed with red pepper paste and vinegar. And to add that, in case someone misunderstands, KIMCHI is a traditional KOREAN FOOD!

I've never had raw oysters, only the canned ones, but you're right, they're not fishy-tasting. They do SMELL fishy, but flavorwise, not fishy. They have a creamy earthy flavor. Maybe sort of like mushrooms if mushrooms were creamy and squishy lol

You can taste that sauce only in korea (or some korean sea food restaurant.). Base of the sauce is mainly korean traditional hot peper sauce added some vinegar and sugar. Then it taste more mild than before so it matches good with raw seafood. We can enjoy raw seafood with many diffrent kinds of sauces. And that sauce is korean’s favorite like sas loves to match green sauce with all kinds of seafood. So if you guys would have a chance to taste that sauce, give it a try, you won’t be dissapoint!

In Japan, fresh oyster is eaten with sudachi(it's like a lemon!!).

I love love oysters. To describe the taste is hard...can't really compare to anything, but it's delicious! Here on Guam we grill them just a bit to warm them up and we have dipping sauce which is made from lemon, salt, green onions and hot peppers. So, so good!
