5:20 I think when we hear breathing like this it reminds us physiologically that other people are sleeping and it puts us to sleep quickly. Have you ever sat in a room where someone is sleeping, it puts you to sleep hearing them breathe deeply.

Thanks for this one, Glow! Random question: You may have seen controversy over RU-vid and adblockers lately. As a content creator, does using an adblocker hurt you financially? Would buying RU-vid Premium help out you and other creators? Thanks for any input!

Thank you very much Jake!! Yes adblocker hurts all content creators, we basically dont receive monetization. Imo, RU-vid premium is the best option because content creators still get paid and you dont get ads! I personally have premium because im just not patient with ads and I love it, but i just cant ask of anyone else to buy premium.
