The thing I love about videos from SAS is that the food she eats don't make me gag or make me feel like vomitting. It's still healthy and in adequate amounts, plus it's not some kind of force feeding chaos.

It's a steamed dessert kinda like egg tard except the shell is chewy and not crispy traditionally the outter layer is blue so it look like a moon in the night sky this one is a tweaked recipe by a very specific brand so I recognize it

Oh well the leaf is a panda leaf, it’s like the Thai version of vanilla. They sort of treat it as a full vanilla pod. It has a quite sweet flavour, but it’s hard to explain if you’ve never had it before.

I'm Jamaican and we use coconut to make lots of desserts like coconut drops, grater cake, gizzada and Toto not to mention it's the most important part of our rice and peas for Sunday dinner so it's interesting to see how another country utilizes the same crop and makes it their own, I'd really love to try all of these.

Tim Hutchinson the texture is like gelatin but I can assure you the flavour is all natural. Just imagine sweet coconut milk & mild pandan flavour😊

Nah. If you have try this dessert, you will find out that it's different. Cuz Thai layer cake is mostly have a chewy texture.😊

The squares are made from agar, so they’re a little more stiff, but I have no idea what the lighter colored jello is. Based on the sound seas makes, the dumpling thing is probably more of a soft gummy texture
