You have the most relaxing guided meditations. Typically I either feel rushed, espcially in the beginnings or I find the voice unpleasent to relax to. Or there is no background sounds to keep me relaxed & focused on the video...just a voice. And it's not their fault, just my own personal tastes.... so I find this as an extra reason to love your channel. The rain, the background music, the sponser, your whispered voice, the extra triggers... It's simply perfection 🤭

I usually do these for my partner when she has a hard time sleeping. I do think the pace is too fast. Let the listener take their time a bit. I just barely become aware of the muscles ans just barely let them relax until you moved on to another group. Making it stressful rather than relaxing.
I like your videos especially the mouth sounds. If you're going to do more sleep videos I would recommend checking out Paul McKenna's sleep video. He'll do the numbers going backwards and then he'll draw out his words like he's speaking in slow motion and that really does something to the brain. Another thing he does is use the microphone to speak into each ear which is slightly different wording which is speaking to our left brain and our right brain because both think differently. Listen to the video and see what you think. I'm not saying your videos are not good but maybe you could incorporate some of that into your next sleep video. When I can't sleep, that video of his always makes me sleep and I used to have really bad clinical insomnia. Not anymore.
