Hey Keegan, alittle easy rule i follow when it comes to the protein «snacks» ill have now and then is that they should have 1g of protein per 10cals. Easy to see on the back of any bar or dairy product sold as a protein snack
Keegan I recommend sticking to home cooked meals with real ingredients. You dont need protein powder and definitely drop the ultra processed snacks. Theyre just junk regardless of the macros.
i was on a cruise and there was a nutritionist on the ship who said that in your diet 80% of what you eat should consist of healthy fats protein and healthy carbs etc. But then he emphasized that the extra 20% can be things that arent as healthy like pizza, icecream, cookies etc.

Proud of you working On your physical health, I’m trans male to female and I’m doing a lot of squats, lunges, hip thrusts etc to help with my Thighs and glutes during My transition it sucks but it’s about the end goal keep it up man
I would recommend you go to the gym once for a free trial with a friend that knows what he’s doing and tell him to put you through hell. You will fall in love with the gym soon after. Just make sure you feel like you can’t do anymore and this will be very worth it.
