i used to not care about the way my ponytail looked like, and then i started rythmic gymnastics and i lost it, my hair had to be perfectly slipped back for every competitions, i used to held it with tones of hair spray and pins. after that my ponytails always needed to be per-fect, even for school

I was in the same boat as Emily as a kid haha. I did dance and my mom would do my hair for me even for class until I was like 9 or 10, and I would make her redo my hair whenever there was a bump, and I would cry from her pulling my hair with the brush. Now I just finger comb it back and it’s smooth from the get go. I only get OCD with clipping my hair back now.
