If the T/Sal shampoo doesn’t work for you, definitely try T/Gel instead! I have seborrhea real bad on my scalp (thanks genetics 😔) and T/Gel is literally the only thing that completely gets rid of the scalp flakes. It does smell like tar but the scent completely washes out!

If t gel doesn’t work i highly recommend the body shop ginger shampoo, I used to use t gel too (i tried both the tar one and the regular shampoo) but i found that even with my ointments and stuff it would work at first but then stop working after like 4 washes. I now use the body shop one and it has worked amazingly i literally haven’t had flakes in months and I’ve stopped having to use ointments. Considering it’s winter and I’ve bleached my hair recently too that’s impressive.

You should use contact paper to cover the vanity top! My candle shattered on top of my white vanity and there were burn marks and melted wax that wouldn’t come off. I bought a marble paper adhesive and it makes it look brand new !

I agree with you about how it’s so bad that people on tiktok hate on people that enjoy cute things because of the colour of their skin or gender identity. If it’s not hurting anyone why is it so bad for people to like cute things or games idk I just don’t get it. I’ve never had dandruff but if it’s happening at the same time every year it must be because of colder weather drying out your skin and scalp so maybe using coconut oil or super moisturising treatments and masks on your hair and specifically scalp would help 💕 you are so pretty and I’m super jealous of your lovely thick hair! 😍

Also if you have stains on mdf like IKEA furniture if you get bleach and put it on the stain pretty thickly for a few minutes it should take it off or at least really fade it xx

Physical exfoliation is really rough on the skin and can actually exasperate skin conditions. It is best to exfoliate chemically, like using a body/face wash with AHA/BHA. Wonderful video, glad I found your channel! :)

Girl I got a dandruff problem too, only thing that worked instantly for me and when I said instantly I mean it, use white vinegar on your scalp with a bit of water for 20 min and then wash your hair like normal, I promise the smell will go away in a few hours. Try it and your dandruff will be cure!!🥰

Kota, I really admire when you voice your opinions; you are an intelligent and thoughtful young woman. I don’t know what your college plans are, or if you have any, but you might consider looking into a Communications degree. I don’t think many people realize how diverse a Comm degree can be, and there are so many interesting classes they look at many of the exact issues you’re bringing up in Tik Tok, and social media in general. I highly recommend Celsius Energy drinks, or the Heat Celsius for extra caffeine if needed. Love the flavors and has less ingredients, they’re way better than Bang & Monster IMO 🙂 love the added decor on the wall also. Super cute!

Hey lovely! Put 30% apple cider vinegar (with the mother - very important) in a spray bottle and fill the rest with water. Spray it on your scalp, massage it in, wait 5 mins (it’ll tingle), then shower and wash your hair with an SLS free shampoo and conditioner as normal. Do that every time you wash your hair (I’d also wash your hair daily if you’re suffering - I wash mine at night). Once a week don’t do the above and just use Nizoral shampoo (as directed on the bottle). I promise that’ll sort your scalp out 😊 it did mine and now I just use nizoral on the odd occasion I need it (maybe not even once a month). Hope it helps xx

My boyfriend has scalp psoriasis and I had him use the T/Gel along with a tea tree conditioner and it has helped a lot. in the winter when the weather gets colder it makes it worse because your skin is drier.
