เมือก่อนเราอยากขาเล็ก หาของร้อนๆมาทำนวดขาตั้งแต่เด็ก สมัยก่อนขาไม่มีไขมันเพราะเอายานวดของยายกับของย่ามาผสมกัน นวดทุกวัน มันเรียวสวยมาก ถ้าคนผอมแค่เด็กก็ลดไว แต่ถ้าปล่อยให้อ้วยมันจะต้องทำสองเท่า จนเราฝึกงานไม่ได้นวดจนตอนนี้มีไขมันค้าง แล้วหาซื้อยานวดไม่ได้ เอามาทาก่อนนอนร้อนมากๆ เมือก่อนดูหนัง แล้วเทียบขาตัวเองสวยกว่า แต่ห้ามออกกำลังกายหนัก มันจะทำให้ต้นขาใหญ่เพราะรับน้ำหนักช่วงบนเราพึงขาใหญ่ตอนออกกำลังกายหนักเพราะอวนขึ้นแล้วมันไม่ใช่ไขมันต่อให้ทำยังไงก็ไม่ลด ต่อให้ลงทั้งตัว ก็จะอยู่ เหมือนขากบ แล้วผู้หญิงห้ามตีลังกาห้ามทำทาเดินด้วยมือ(ยกขาเดินด้วยมือ)มันจะทำให้กล้าเนื้อหลังไปเกาะ แล้วดูหลังตอม เวลาจุดไหนมีกล้าเนื้อมันจะกระดิ้กได้ แล้วทำยังไงก็ไม่หายต่อให้เลิกออกกำลังกายหนักก็จะอยู่ แต่ขาว ทำง่าย แต่ถ้าอยากให้สิ่วหายต้องงดทำตัวขาวไปก่อน (สำหรับวิธีธรรมชาติ)จนกว่ารอยสิว หรือสิ่งตามหลัง สิ่งที่รักษาหายหมด คอยถึงวิธีทำให้ขาว ถ้าทำเลย(หมายถึงขัดผิว ขัดมีสองแบบให้สิ่วหายกับให้ขาว) แล้วยังมีสิ่วอยู่มันจะเป็นเป็นหนักมาก และนานมากๆ เห้อหนักกว่าเดิม
