Hey gang! So this is my part of a collaboration with the man himself, MickelousProductions, who added some pretty masterful sounds to the version on his channel. Check it out here - • brightgreyASMR Layered...
Anyway, in my version I’ve played around and added my own hand sounds in a haphazard Foley kinda fashion. Feel free to hide me away in another tab if you’re not a fan of hand movements. No, really. I don’t mind.

I couldn't appreciate it fully on the collaboration but you have some seriously amazing editing, timing, and improvisational skills. The way each sound correlates with each movement is great, most artists don't really do that, at least the other ones I watch. Great Video.

This will most likely come out entirely wrong, so please have an open mind. There's something wonderfully theatrical about this, a level of showmanship, part magician part dancer. So much more than everyone else's hand videos that do nothing for me. THIS is wonderful and its art. I truly love it, especially how it's not just your hands, but your body, and especially your eyes. Thank you for this.

I think the most fitting word is presence, or maybe deliberateness. There's a focus to her motions. Like you say, as in a dance or performance, that keeps you watching and engaged in what she's doing, Even if we know it's sort of nonsensical.

Hey BG. I (cant say for everyone else) need volume 2 of this vid! The variation of hand sounds, how they are placed in comparison to one another, and overlapping but not quite matching movements. There's just something about this one that gets me everytime. It's an awesome format of asmr and need more of this in the world. Keep up the great work. Peace.

First of all I’ve discovered months ago that if all asmr, hand sounds effect me the most! And this is by far the best hand sounds video in any search for me! I love it audibly but even the visuals are very soothing with the sounds! Keep this up!

I want to see a roleplay video of that! Like it would be where your walking around and then a mime ( bright grey ) walks up to you and starts to hypnotize you with her slooooow…..mesmerizing.....hypnotic hand movements and puts you to sleep.

Whenever you use these kinds of patterns and movements, I always imagine that you're manipulating a soul or some kind of field, and your movements make little lights on the surface. Im a fantasy junkie so maybe that's why, but its really relaxing with the sounds. Thank you for the calm part of my day. I appreciate it a lot.

This could be my go-to favorite of yours. The whole hand movement thing does require more than just someone waving in front of a camera and this one helps me relax quite a lot. Also, great work on the Gaelic and other Scots-related videos; you're not going to find too many of those around.
