@Kai_snzz OK, thanks for the suggestion, but what does it mean exactly? What type of video is a Guided Journey? This video here just seems like any other Hypnosis video, I don't really see what makes it a "Guided Journey" or any different from any other focused ASMR video.
I regularly do meditations for therapy and this felt just like one of those sessions. Everyhing you said is something I was taught from slowly relaxing to letting thoughts pass by, to letting yourself vividly interact. But I haven’t been able to meet for the summer, and this arrived just when I was thinking about watching one of my recorded videos. I do a lot of hypnosis recreationally and I was honestly shocked at how competent of a relaxation induction you were able to do. Like your explanation of trance being akin to the flow state you experience when you're 'in the zone' is quite apt, and shows a level of understanding of the practice very few people actually have! So this is super cool :D

I do love the pace of this hypnosis session. I love that you break the narrative into clear….sectioned….. phrases and that you realise that some benefit from watching you….rather than just listening. This is so well done Erin 👏👏❤️

I've "watched" this video 3-5 times already, but I didn't know there was a guided journey until I saw the title change today because I always fall asleep within the first 10 min! It's PERFECT for putting me to sleep and will be one I come back to often for sure

Me too ! I feel like I’m building my dream but guided! I used to do this a lot when I was young but now I can’t focus enough before my mind starts to drift and think too much, this really helps me to stay focus !

This was awesome. Despite trying to focus on other tasks I found myself being drawn into the visualizations. Very relaxing. I almost considered clicking off so I could finish my tasks without falling asleep, lol. I mean that in best way.💛
