I'm glad this looks legit. I saw another video of someone else doing "color therapy" and the "therapist" had all her jewelry on and she literally put pieces of tiny Amethysts on a person and waved in the air and said it was "Chakra" massaging and charged $300🙃

I've watched several of your videos now and really enjoy them, but I have noticed you've mentioned your depression many times. I want to preface my comment by saying that I am all for holistic and natural treatments. I have sought them out myself many times. That said, I've suffered with Clinical Depression for most of my life, a term which I didn't completely understand for a very long time. I fought against taking medication for a very long time for fear of being stigmatized, thinking that there were other ways to deal with my depression until one day it was finally explained to me that Clinical Depression meant that my brain chemistry just wasn't right and nothing that I did was going to change that fact. It didn't mean that I was weak or broken. It just meant that I needed help to balance this out, and by refusing the medication, I was making things harder for myself. Now I don't know your situation, but if you've been suffering with Depression for an extended period of time, I would urge you to speak with a medical professional about possibly going on mood stabilizers. Some people only need them for a little while. Others like me need them long-term, but the difference they've made for me have been dramatic. While I'm not happy all the time, the weight of the constant depression has lifted, and I'm able to enjoy my life more. Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the very best and look forward to watching more of your videos.
