There are several very good ASMR channels that I'm subscribed to which have been dormant for years, and it's unlikely that the content creators behind them will return - I think people's life situations change and other priorities take over. Glad this isn't the case with you!

I don’t think your reason is anti climatic or silly. Having a creative job comes with ebbs and flows of creativity. As someone who makes music I go through phases where all I want to do is make music and other times where I want to do other stuff because I have no creativity. Glad to see you’re doing well. I cant wait for more videos ❤

My suggestions: do some videos with just triggers (not necessarily role plays). For instance, tapping, scratching on the mic or random items in your house. Happy if (film, game, book etc) talk as long as there’s tingly sounds

Hey Ethan, glad to have you back! There's absolutely nothing wrong with your explanation. If it doesn't feel right it doesn't feel right. I hope the internship at Amazon works out. Great to have you back. No need to explain yourself. Life happens, and you need to make adjustments. Don't feel pressured to stick to a schedule. Make content when you want to and take breaks when they're needed. Your supporters will stand by you, and you've got plenty of content to keep us busy. Light triggers have been my favorite recently. There's also been a massive surge of ADHD "tests" that's just doing triggers really fast or asking how many times something appeared on screen. It's good asmr but clickbaiting it by calling it an adhd test is shitty. If you do a video like that, please don't say put that it's a test for a mental disorder.

the truth is sharp as a double edged sword. only you know the true reason why you repeatedly lose motivation to make video's. And I think a big motivation for a lot of creators is to be loved by a lot of people....to be a succes and get a lot of views. Get real, the relationship with viewers is hollow and will gain you nothing in the end. And you just admit it to yourself because you are in a habbit to stop making video's and then all of a sudden you missed it so much...time to move on maybe. Try by visiting a local church
