coming across this man’s page as my dad is dying is actually super healing because this man looks so similar to my dad and him saying “it’s okay” along with “you are safe” just makes me feel so relaxed it’s a nice change.

Steven, you consistently have the most relaxing videos with very easy progression and no startling sounds. Really the only stuff I can actually fall asleep to. You are consistent and on point.

just had my 2nd ever sleep paralysis... mentally it makes sense, I go through the hardest time of my life since 5 months. Within the last 7 days I had my first ever real panic attack tho and my first ever, and now 2nd ever, sleep paralysis and it's so scary literally getting these signs by my body that it is having too much stress.
