Well yeah, manual is more durable and uses less gasoline, so that's why mostly Europe has manual one's same thing for me.

At 6:22 that button lets you choose which wing mirror you want to adjust and the bigger circular button is the button the actually tilts the mirrors

Wow, this asmr is so nice in your fiat 500. Thank you! Could you do a driving asmr? Like go for a ride and place the cam at the passenger or rear seat to watch you driving? Always fell asleep instantly in car when i was a child. So relaxing.
