The tofu must not be the kind that taste alittle sweet. You wouldnt want any soy sauce or wasabi. Not sure if they all taste the same but the kind I purchase always has this sweet, savory, teriyaki taste going on. So good!! Can't do the sea urchin. I don't like raw egg or anything slimey going down my throat or touching my lips. 🤣🤷🤦 To be honest I don't even enjoy watching sas eat it but it's sas so I'm gonna watch anyway.

I really want to try the crab rice and fish egg roe inari nigiri, but I've tried regular sushi and I can tell you that if you're going to try it, you should start with dragon roll raw tuna sushi, it has shrimp in it too, it's delicious..

I’m Japanese, but I’ve never heard of raw fish on top of Inarizushi. It looks yum and I have to try make them! Inarizushi is usually made of sushi rice wrapped inside the seasoned deep-fried tofu pockets called “Inari Age”.
