Hey Caroline! I've been struggling a lot with anxiety and have recently been diagnosed with a panic disorder. You're one of the few asmrtists that I keep coming back to and you've helped me tremendously. Even with the help of therapy and meds, I love coming back to your videos to unwind or when I'm feeling waves of anxiety. I also have board exams coming up next year and there's just something about your content that helps me with studying and relaxation that other asmrtists can't achieve. I just thought you should know that you've really been a part of my journey to recovery through the years. Thank you so much for putting out amazing videos. I can't wait to listen to this later while I prep for the exams ❤️
I can relate to this on a whole other level! I so agree! There's something magical about Caroline's way. She always seems to relax me when I'm having a panic attack.
few people can do the partially-intelligible thing correctly. usually its awkward/cringey for some reason. but you nail this. super up-close sounding, never obnoxious or repetitive or stalling to search for something else to say. i dont even know why i like it but its perfect.
It’s crazy how much asmrtist mean to people and their mental health. Who would have thought this community and these creators would become so valuable. It’s far more than just tingles and crinkles. Cheers all.

Sometimes I think about life and what it’s all about. I’ve figured out that the best way I can live my life is to try and bring happiness to others. I try and help my friends and be kind to others when I can. I can only imagine what it’s like to make thousands upon thousands of peoples’ day / lives just a tiny bit better. I hope someday I’ll figure out how to do that, too. But thank you. Thank you for this channel and thank you for what you do.
I love your whispering in the intro!! it's very unique from other asmr creators where it tends to be almost a "loud" whisper if it makes sense; maybe bc of the way the videos are edited. You're one of my favorites

Honestly you're one of the most, of not the most consistant ASMRtists going right now. Also I personally find your cadence and tone to be very reminiscent of Whisper Crystal
I really like the low tone screen it’s sooo much easier on my eyes sometimes I wish I could adjust the brightness even lower past my lowest brightness setting because I would like to watch along but I’m always watching ASMR to go to sleep so everything is dark
