I was just cooking downstairs and I have found a trigger I have never heard before. When you take cling film and squeeze it into a little ball in your hand and let go off it, it will deflate and make a very clean & crisp crinkle sound. I just thought it might be a cool idea for you to try that out, since I have never seen this anywhere else.

Even if you are going to another ASMR video, do turn down the volume a little too before the video, in case an Ad jumps out. I didn’t see any comments letting you know. I believe you meant “winging it” at the beginning. Pronounced like wings of a bird, winging. And you were using it correctly.
