This is the first and I mean FIRST asmr channel to actually give me tingles 😌✌ Edit: it's weird I used to get tingles a lot when I was younger and as soon as I found out what asmr is and what tingles are my brain was like "oh hehe well no more of that" so I'm so glad I found a channel that can give me tingles and not just put me to sleep 😭 (though it's very good at putting me to sleep too lol)

@Lemons Limes there's also delayed phase sleep disorder, where your body doesn't produce melatonin until late at night. if none of your advice works this is definitely worth checking out. i have it and i take melatonin supplements to fall asleep. if i miss a day i always notice because i'll lay awake for hours on end
