Welcome, today as your asmr soft spoken interior decorator I'll be going through our initial consultation. I'll be asking a few intake questions and typing in your answers. Then we'll flip through some inspirational magazines to brainstorm ideas and get inspired. And finally I'll give you some paint samples to take home with you to peruse. really great asmr video. on another note I would strongly recommend raising your chair. your elbows are really low when you're typing, causing your wrists to be bent in a less than ideal way. your elbows and wrists should form a nice natural line when your hands rest on your keyboard with elbows at your sides. then you can get a foot rise if your feet can't rest flat on the ground at your new chair height. just a recommendation from someone with chronic pain :)
