Do you add cheese and egg? It helps, a lot. Personally I usually also add another protein. Lump crab is my go-to, but sausage and shredded chicken are also yummy.

@@lexmax155 buy spicy noodle ramen (there are several brands but Samyang is my fave), follow directions for cooking, add additional ingredients to suit your personal taste. I add 2 oz mozzarella cheese, green onion, enoki mushrooms, a protein like 4oz lump crab, and poach an egg in the noodles while they're still in the pan. Or sometimes I do sausage and kimchi instead of crab and enoki mushrooms.
