Whew it’s been a minute since I’ve posted!! I’m sorry for leaving you all hanging. Forgive me? Life has been hectic and stressful for so many people and I am one of those people, like many of you I’m sure are. My mental health has been so up and down, there’s been a lot of changes in my life, both good and bad, and I’ve finally adjusted and my mind is much healthier 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Every time my depression hits, my anxiety gets high, or panic attacks set in, I feel like I learn more and more about myself and how to cope. Looking back over the past 10 yrs, I’ve really struggled with my past trauma but I finally feel like I’m on the right track. It’s a wonderful feeling. Anyways, enough about me!
