I’m in awe. You’re studying LAW. You’re wearing a full face of makeup and jewelry. You meal prepped. You film and edit videos. You are one of the most put together and organized people I’ve ever seen. Keep up the good work!!
@@WeePotty42 green screen has a pretty distinct outline around people though, and the green highlighter doesn’t show up as the background. I think she’s probably in her school’s stacks which are usually pretty empty quiet spaces
In this quiet setting and with the respect to others that she seems to take, this was a great video, but general filming in public is super weird and obnoxious. She clearly chose a day when it wasn’t too busy and was careful not to bother others, that’s what makes this different.
There's something about the way you enunciate words and are very smiley when you talk, and the slow pace of explaining things really thoroughly that is super mesmerizing
I know many people are asking for a mic for better sound but I really enjoy how soft the sounds are! It’s perfect for actually falling asleep and not getting too distracted by the video! I also just bought reusable bags like last week and I LOVE them!!
I agree! Sometimes if the voice is too loud then all I can focus on is the voice and what they’re saying instead of trying to feel relaxed. And I love the white noise in the background, it softens her voice adds to the calmness.
Wait what!? I just discovered this video and instantly subscribed and was about to go watch her other videos totally thinking she was a veteran ASMRtist 😳
and then there's the feral energy in my law school library back when i was still studying - to be fair, though ours was a 24/7 library and law library is a lawless land from 3AM till 7AM.
mine was literally the same I used to work at a hotel so I would study there really late at night tull early in the morning and some of the shit you see.......
This is great! It almost reminds me of old GentleWhispering videos- no bells and whistles, just a wonderfully soothing voice and presence! I’ve had many family members go through Dedman and have great experiences- good luck to you!
I am a second yr law student from Philippines and I took my Intellectual Property Law class last year. I was so worried being a freshman and taking up a second yr subject but my Prof made me appreciate the subject so much. I remember those cases you mentioned. They were part of our readings as well. I enjoyed this video of yours sm. More this, please! 💙♥️
Hi! I'm half filipino and travel to the philippines frequently. It's good to hear you enjoyed IP law. I disliked the patents section but love trademarks and copyright law
I think this is amzing and so interesting but also, if filming in public makes you uncomfortable don't force yourself to do it. I know a library is a quiet place so it works well for asmr but if you can do it in your room or I know some schools have like private study rooms you can sign out?? idk. Just want to make sure you feel safe doing this so it's not a stresser in your life. College does that enough
The worst part is reading in university is more difficult because of how wordy these authors are. Especially for the politics half of my major. Something they could use five words to describe they make it 50.
@@potato1084 omgg yes. like a normal person would say “i ate a sandwich today” but no their like “today i consumed a sandwich. it was filled with a sweet grape jelly, paired with a salty, creamy, tasty peanut butter”
So typical with law unfortunately. Totally killed my love for reading because we’d be taking 5 subjects each issuing well over 100 pages of reading Skim reading and case summaries were the GOAT
@@potato1084 Normal:hey mom going to the store Not normal: Why hello mother I felt the need to inform you about my departure to the grocery store well farewell onward with thy journey
you should make a video about how you stay so organized. or a week in the life of a law student (if you haven’t already) i have trouble staying organized and on top of assignments in school. but your videos are so calming and i bet an organization one would be helpful 😊
I really never knew much about what law school or studying law entailed. This was fascinating! And you have such a lovely voice and presence/sense for ASMR -I thoroughly enjoyed your video!! Please do more!! It was very relaxing AND interesting!
Hi I studied English with this I restarted English after 10 years I am a beginner studying English with asmr. Please come and take a look and support. Hello
your whisper and the white noise is perfect!! also you’re very elegand and well spoken 💗 good luck with all the studies!! also thank you for doing all these vids + in a public library !!!!
Love the format and big kudos for having the courage to film in public. The fact that this about legal cases makes it even more enjoyable, since I have studied law myself (in Europe (Belgium) though, not the US).
I came across one of your videos on tiktok and I’m so happy to see that you have a RU-vid channel as well! This video is so relaxing and I love how realistic it is with you filming in public LOL. Looking forward to more law library asmr videos ^^
Ahh this is so useful!! I’m a first year law student at Maastricht University. We don’t really brief cases yet but we’re getting loads of theoretical stuff at the moment! I use purple for important articles, light blue for the explanation of the articale or when it’s elaborated on. Green for theoretical stuff, yellow for important terms and dark blue for the definition of the term. Orange for schematics! It’s hard and a lot at the moment but these videos help a lot! Thank you!!
This is such a great ASMR idea. Takes me back to when I was in Law School. Yes, the IRAC structure is what I use till this day. Thoroughly enjoyed this ❤️
i absolutely love how you can switch from a super eloquent and calming person to super animated when someone walked by :) your eye contact and expressions with the camera make the video that much more relaxing ❤️❤️
I’m not in school, but your study habits have helped me greatly. I’m planning my entire wedding and seeing how organized you are made me want to be more organized and put together! Hope you make more videos stay smiling ☺️
I was a criminal justice major in college and we had to take some law classes of course. I loved briefing cases & we were taught the irac method so your video made me nostalgic. Getting sleepy but I am so intrigued by your content hahahaha
omg i just started law school and i love asmr and found ur channel. i just learnt about IRAC so as soon as u brought it up i was like how apt! x and you are so lovely to listen to!
So glad I found this! I’ve always thought it would be cool to mix ASMR & school/work related things. I think it will make those things that are sometimes hard and agonizing easier if we made it kinda fun in our brains ☺️
This is so awesome! For a bit I really wanted to do law school because I've always been interested in it, it's actually one of my back up plans for college, I'm so glad you enjoy what you do :)
I don’t think you understand how spot on this is for me as far as relaxation goes. I’m a huge law nerd AND a huge ASMR fanatic so your content is my freakin jam. Thank you for doing this!!!
This is so good! Your whisper and enunciation combined with your smile……such a relaxing combination. 😊 And great job of making studying law very interesting!
This was so well made! I could never go to law school, at least not where I'm at and my interests and abilities right now. Yet somehow you made me, someone trying to head down either an English or social worker path, appreciate and find intest in law. Great work! :D
Have you considered a JD/MSW combined degree program? Most programs have you completing both degrees over a 4 year span. You get the Masters Degree in Social Work supercharged with your Juris Doctor. Also, be encouraged that the higher your LSAT score the more scholarship money flows your way, especially if you are not going to the super elite law schools like Harvard or Yale. Smaller regional schools love to land students who could have gone to a more "prestigious" law school but choose their school instead. Your relatively high LSAT boosts their US News and World Reports numbers and your reward is less student debt. For example, Megyn Kelly went to Albany Law School and says if she had a chance to do it over at Harvard or Yale she would not change a thing. Instead of starting out as a regular Social Worker you could be directing entire programs like Child Protective Services, Child Support Enforcement, or Drug Court Programs. A law degree opens doors.
You are so beautiful and your ASMR is incredible!! The way you pronounce your words so deliberately and slowly, smiling and looking at the camera is just PERFECT. Thank you so much 🥰
I enjoyed this very much. It may not be like most asmr channels because the background noises but I enjoy learning and you do a fantastic job with engaging with us. Your whispers and the way you enunciate is relaxing. Great job!
Pls brief another case. I loved this. Its fascinating & so relaxing. You have best whisper & cadence of talking. Your facial expressions really add to what you’re explaining. I learned haha
I absolutely love this idea and your video! I love ASMR and have always been interested in law and your videos bring both loves to life! Thank you for your bravery and for creating these videos! ❤️💪🔥
Thank you Thank you Thank you! Not only was this video relaxing but it was also very informative too!!😭My plans are to go to law school and your study method for the briefs was very helpful! And again thank you!!❤️
