PengwengUnicorn yes but lemon is a completely different fruit than a orange, a lemon is only sour while a orange has hints of sweetness. I am also not a big fan of chocolate with fruit unless the fruit is strawberry. The fact that it was only orange with no sugar added (unless he added sugar in the milk beforehand) makes a gross combination (in my opinion)
Yea, it’s more of milk ; than anything. I look at another RU-vidr and his cream/milk is more firm and don’t run all over the place . The other looks like it has more cream fat percentage, than this milk...lol. Just saying.
lol it has flavor... Have you ever ate a chunk of peel the size he had in that ice cream?? Its extremely bitter. Flavor yeah but not a good one. I know what your're going to say, people use lemon zest all the time. I know I know but thats thinly shaved lemon peel and you never shave down to the white pith because like I said its very bitter and off tasting.

When lemon juice is mixed with milk, the citric acid in lemon increases the acidity of milk. Due to this lowering of pH, calcium in milk causes precipitation of casein and thus milk gets curdled.
It is but the process takes like 10-15 of both liquids sitting together. In this case it was less than a minute the liquids were together before they were frozen. Sherbert is dairy and citrus as well.

Smashing up the skin is going to really make it pop! I eat a lemon 🍋 everyday with salt. My mouth watered until the sweet cream and chocolate. Not asmr per say but interesting nevertheless.
