Hey so literally the first thing the woman says in the video is wrong. Your heart does pump lymph. It’s carried in lymph vessels back to the heart to circulate out again.
Like I don’t even know why you would think this. Why would something your immune system depends upon rely on massaging your face. There is no fluid that is inherently stagnant in our bodies that requires movement or massage to circulate and if there were, something would be very wrong with you and you would know.
I imagine she uses a neutral low comedogenic oil like jojoba given her knowledge and the products she used/said she uses on herself. Extractions before massage makes complete sense since you are irritating the skin by doing so and massaging the right oils in afterwards would help soothe and further heal them
