I like how you're actually sorting stuff and doing something rather than just touching stuff like other videos. It makes a difference to me at least. Something about watching/listening to someone working on something makes asmr more enjoyable .
I agree Matt, "purposeful" ASMR? I guess... I get annoyed with videos that don't accomplish anything or tap - fondle incessantly for no good reason...if it isn't realistic it doesn't do anything for me... always glad to know it's not just me :) Have a great holiday! T***
What makes this video work is that it doesn't feel staged. The ones with all the tapping and scratching don't work for me at all! If anything, they do just the opposite and irritate the hell out of me.
You are preaching to the choir...I don't care for it at all either (trying to be diplomatic by not saying how much I freaking hate it ... .. I really find incessant tapping or scratching in videos unwatchable..... there needs to be a reason behind the actions in my opinion.......I hope that makes sense... and to everyone who reads this who loves tapping...don't be insulted or get pissed please..it's not meant to insult or marginalize your triggers....triggers are personal preferences... different strokes for different folks and all that jazz..... it's just not my thing... :)
Totally agree.. For some strange reason, I only get tingles if there's a reason for the actions .. Like organizing or unboxing. I don't know why. Forced rummaging and scratching annoy the hell out of me 😀 Greetings from Germany and keep going!
I LOVE your videos. Thank you for not talking, tapping, scratching or grabbing at things seductively. Not only do you feed my new found interest in all things makeup but these sounds have always been something I have loved since I was a small child. In school I used to screw up my desk mates pencil box so I would watch her fix it. And, with ADHD these types of videos help immensely, especially if I need a few minutes to reset and refocus. Thanks a bunch!!

I am at an age where my skin is moody from day to day and what works one day won't work the next....also going from the dry climate of Vegas to a more temperate climate of Cali throws it off too so I never know which foundation will get the call LOL it's the girl scout in me... gotta be prepared LOL :) Thank you again and hope all is well!!
I always thought I hated ASMR because I thought they all had that layered whispering stuff and scratching which annoys the hell out of me. I love watching people clean or organize without talking. It's very relaxing. Thank you 😊
You are by FAR my favorite ASMR personality!! If you take requests, what are the chances that you could do a "no talking" episode where you organize and clean a cassette tape/VHS Tape collection? Tape cases make the best tingle noises!!

I'm on here looking for another video on a totally different subject. BUT! This showed on my feed and I could tell from the picture I would like this video. And just typing that bit, I can hear a sample and I'm gonna be in a little slice of heaven when I get home tonight. I want to listen now but I am on lunch at work. @@TracyZasmr Hey there. It almost put me out. I'd say 5 more minutes and I would have been fast asleep. So I listened to the one, I think, you posted yesterday. It did work. I woke up a hour or two later. Can't remember but a bit at the beginning. I think what makes your posts special is they a natural. I mean you don't try to be fancy with them. When folks try to hard it seems to take away something. For example, I do remember having a full tingle from my upper back maybe head through my legs. I haven't felt a strong tingle left that in a long time. I wasn't even watching. I was only listening. So keep up the good work. And thank you for the help relaxing. Hi and that is an awesome name! ;) No harm in asking at all... short answer...I have too much crap.... Long answer... much comes from when I travel for work (and I am on the road for two weeks or more), if I forgot something or I'm having one of those days that the foundation I brought is not agreeable to my skin I pick something else up... All those Rimmels are different shades that I always picked up as a reasonably priced alternative to the makeup I brought... and depending on the time of year I usually need to blend two shades to get the right shade that works... A lot of the smaller products I got as free samples, and some of it I should throw away as it's getting past shelf life but ..eh.. can't bring myself to it ...I thought I made some okay progress in culling some in this video...meanwhile I am trying to use stuff up instead of buying anything new lately...which sometimes means taking several foundations when I am traveling for work since my skin can get "moody" for lack of a better word :) :)

It cuts the commercials and you can download the videos and do your own playlist

Such awesome compliments, glad you can't see me blush ;) Thank you very much and throughout most filming I have only used my phone presently an Edge 7 formerly the Note 5...(Was much happier with the Note 5...not as glitchy and I think the audio was better..my personal opinion of course... however...I have recently purchased a gently used Canon camcorder which has an audio jack ..so of course had to get a decent mic...then the phantom power supply .. then the software to convert..and I am presently playing with them all...haven't posted one with the camcorder yet.....but the video I posted tonight I used the mic with my phone ...curious to see if there is that much of a difference... The whole software converting thing is kind of a big pain so I may just stick with my phone ..geesh ..that was a long-winded answer...sorry..LOL Long story short..my 7 edge... Thank you again for the really great compliments and of course for watching...glad I can put you to sleep :)
TracyZ ASMR The audio was great. Very crisp and clean. I know how frustrating software and hardware compatibility issues can be, but hang in there. You'll get the hang of it. I have a Nikon D750 and the camera shoots amazing video, but editing is very time consuming. But the ease, speed and comfort of using your Samsung might just be the way to keep going. If it ain't broke....(or blowing up). Take care.
Love the concept, wish it was louder (mic was closer to hands to hear every click, slide and swipe) and I wish it was done on a hard surface. It would cause a lot less breaks in the sound. Long breaks in sound just make it more startling when it stops and starts out of nowhere. So doing it on a towel was such a let down. Also moving the makeup to the floor seemed a lot further away from the mic.
LOL... Cut me a little slack ;) baby steps on the decluttering...and as for the inset in the drawer, I made it with foam board and a glue gun. The three compartment plastic one was at the dollar store I believe, but it doesn't fit well in the Alex drawers so I don't recommend it ..even tried filing down the sides a bit and still wasn't satisfied with it..... ;)
