Not that anyone asked, but if you find it difficult to get your spatula underneath a pancake, just rub a little butter on the spatula beforehand and it will slide right under once the butter melts just a little. You're probably going to put butter on the pancake anyway.

Sometimes I wish ASMR hadn't got quite as big as it has, I haven't seen one of your videos in ages! But finally youtube reminded me and i'm so glad because its such a relaxing video and you have such a nice manner about you dude :D
Actually, metal tongs are ideal for any pan. Using plastic will melt the pan and cause a fire. Plastic spatula is fine as long as your heat isn't too high. Also, even in a non-stick pan, you must add butter or some kind of oil before you start cooking. Otherwise, you will burn your pan and the food you're cooking. When flipping pancakes, always wait until one side starts to bubble. That let's you know it's ready to flip. Never have your pan on high when cooking pancakes. When cooking on a hot stove, never leave the spatula or tongs near or in the pan. That could cause a fire. When pouring pancake batter, always poor as close to the pan as possible to prevent splatter and burning yourself. Hope these tips help!

Only use plastic or wooden utensils on Teflon pans. Metal can easily scratch the coating and lead to rusting at the scratch and may cause a material failure if you repeatedly heat to high temperatures and then rapidly cool (washing directly after use). -an engineering student
as i am eating egg every morning and cook them myself since the beginning of human kind, what would be nice is you to put the cam where i would be sitting at the table but the mic still near the counter top, that way it would really feel like a charming morning inside the skin of an happy man, looking at someone who is busy doing something else also is a good trigger for me as i am not very social person and asmr is almost always focussed on us, even behind my screen it is intimidating me a lot, cannot imagine what it would be like sit there in your kitchen in VR, just need a scratch & sniff beacon feature !

I love cooking videos and I enjoyed this one. I like the sound of food cooking and sizzling on the stove. It is a relaxing sound and along with your sweet voice makes this video very appealing. That breakfast looks great. Watching this makes me hungry. You did a good job.
Tori, buy yourself a 12'' splatter guard. Keeps the exploding hot oil from hitting your exposed skin. Cuts down the cleanup time on the stove too; not as mush grease everywhere.

Generally, you want to mix it together a liiiiiiiiiiiiiiittle longer than that to break up the lumps a bit more. Usually, what I do is about 50 strokes just to make sure the mix is well-integrated with the liquid. This batch you made tonight might have some pockets in them that has some mix left in them. Just some kitchen tips and hints:) If you find them useful, great! If not, that is AOK, too.

Girl, I adore you and your videos! Having said that, you’re killing me with the metal flatware/cookware on that poor skillet! You should invest in some silicone cookware because it will save your pans from getting scratched, they are not expensive at all, and they will make a less harsh sound for ASMR, which is nice when relaxing/sleeping. Thank you and love you so much! I want you to do really well!!!
