I know that is a simple Salad, but everything about it reminds me of home. From the way you peeled the cucumbers, to adding radishes and red onions. And even the salt on the cucumbers and tomato's is very nostalgic for me. Thank you 🥰
I have to say, I love your videos. your pizza videos inspire me to make my own pizza as well. I have a nice dough recipe which is pretty easy, just takes time so I rarely do it. Last weekend I made some home made pizza. I will mention that if you look on almost all uncured products, they will list Celery extract..... the reason is that is how they make the nitrates is the celery extract.... so while they do not direclty hve nitrates in it.... they do... they just dont tell you they do to look healthy.

My ex inlaws had a farm in Sweden. My sister-in-law and i would go pick radishes from the garden. We'd dip them in salt as we ate them and have a big glass of milk to go with. I miss those days

I LOVE dipping my pizza crust in blue cheese dressing! Super yummo. Your pizza looks great. What cooking temp is your oven?…I can never get mine to get nice and crispy like that without burning it…

Just found your channel. You remind me of my brother… if he could shop and cook for himself, that is! That pizza is making my mouth water! I would have sprinkled oregano, garlic powder, and hot pepper flakes on mine. But all pizza is delicious!
Every time I watch you with my siblings it feels like it’s a secret that we have to keep quiet and they fall asleep to listening to your small quiet day to day conversations It’s a bigger secret when I eat while you talk during the night as if I’m trying to not get caught lol!

I barely wash anything for salad🤦🏻♀️. My Mom and MawMaw always said, it’s just extra protein and builds up your tolerance💕.. I’m 45, My Mom is 68 and MawMaw passed in her 90s. None of us have ever in life had a food related illness.
I went with the metal pizza stone by Nerd Chef. After reading reviews of the stone ones breaking or smelling of chemicals I went with the metal. It's also made in the USA. I bought the thickest one available which is very heavy and I should have just bought a thinner one. I just leave it in the oven though.
A little "food" for thought. Iceberg lettuce has zero nutritional value. If your eating greens for the health benefits, romaine lettuce would be the better choice. Kale and spinach are also much better than iceberg lettuce. Great video as usual!
