This is very good, but I think your technique has improved over the year. Your client was in a trance, so perhaps more light touch on the neck, ears, shoulders.

It must be super frustrating for the client when a massage therapist starts going deeper into the muscles (his shoulders) and barely stays with it 20 seconds. Although the fast hand movements are great for asmr, they are not great for the client. It’s very light very superficial massage. It’s not enough in one place to to do anything therapeutic. I’m sure because his clients have such large muscular arms and shoulders they’d love if he actually really stayed on those muscles to release tension.
