In this video I give Pablo David a massage treatment to help alleviate stress with EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping and an explanation of meridian points. When combined with the meridian points, EFT tapping is a very effective technique for relieving anxiety and promoting general well-being. Best of all, anyone can do it themselves at home!

Nelly, this is the best one you've ever done!!!!! I've never gotten tingles on my lunch break before. I'm in big trouble bc now I just want to sleep instead of work lol Pablo David is adorable and such a good model. You could really tell by his facial expressions when he was enjoying the tingles too!
