To enhance the ASMR experience we decided to get an external rode mike to get a better and clearer taste of the audio.So this is our first video with it. And Boy! it has done its work quite well ;)
Also we traveled all the way to Nagpur to get the Master Cracker for you all. Special thanks to Santosh Ojha (Indian Massage) to help us to get the best out of Nagpur in a short duration of time. we had an amazing experience with the master cracker. I hope you all like it. Wait for the one which features me(Shantanu). More videos coming soon.

I love so many things about this video. His cracking, his techniques, how clean the shop is and how quiet everyone is while he works. The buzzing quiet of the traffic with the occasional horns - what a perfect ASMR video.

This guy is obviously very talented, but I still cringe when I see someone, who is not a medical professional, crack someone's neck. One slip or not done perfectly straight and you could form a blood clot in the neck or paralyze someone.

Another one against neck cracking! There are dozens of us! Most here don't seem to comprehend how dangerous this is, one of the biggest risks is actually causing a stroke. Not even immediately, but it could/will come about eventually from the compounding damage done to the cervical spine. If anyone here is knowledgeable about this and speaks Hindi or whichever language all these Indian uploaders (these guys, Santosh, Ravi, etc) speak, please let them know! They don't seem to have a perfect grasp with English so it would be difficult to explain to them how badly they're putting themselves at risk! I really respect all of them and wish them well, so if anyone is sufficiently bi-lingual, warn them!

Tree I believe it is part of their culture but you are absolutely right in that a blood clot could easily bring on a stroke or paralysis. One of my best friends is a chiropractor and told me of two cases he knows of where a chiropractor doing the cracking has caused a stroke from a blood clot. That is why they carry such high insurance, but a barber has no neurological or muscular training, or any insurance. I would never let someone adjust my neck.

Me neither, even if it were a chiropractor doing the adusting, I wouldn't be okay with it. ...Finger-cracking, however! Crack away, captain! Heavy asmr tingles for that. :)

This mostly happens when you are stiff and try to neck crack. You will often find barbers telling you to relax your neck or do repeated movements with your head until they feel like you have relaxed your neck. I'm mostly worried for the barbers that go for the crack right off because some of them do.
